incoming ranks based on potential

These are rankings based on the potential of sororities to pull better classes. Not traditional.
1. A Phi (they did tremendously well this year and took in a diverse pledge class. Definitely on the upswing if they continue this trend.)
2. DG (pulled several popular and attractive girls this year, and did incredibly well the year before. Had to make up for dirty rushing last year, but still got a lot of girls they wanted.)
3. KD (PNMs were actually very excited to go back to their house , or were disappointed after being cut. Their skit was a lot of fun and showed a side that many people don't get to see).
4. Theta (usually always pulls a stellar pledge class, but most PNMs like their glamor and popularity more than the house itself).
5. Chi O (this sorority is not very popular, but because of how recruitment works, PNMs tend to get more than a second look of this house and possibly end up falling in love).
6. G Phi (they had a solid return rate and were also popular among PNMs. Very chill house.)
7. Zeta (silently pulled a much better class than last year.)
8. Pi phi (continues to pull standard pcs.)
9. DZ (very low-key, which makes the quieter or less sororityty girls choose them over others).
10. Tri-Delt (pulled an interesting class, but did so at the risk of losing popularity. They're odd, so that turned off some PNMs).
11. Alpha Chi (not much is heard of these girls).
12. Kappa (extreme dirty rushing this year that raised eyebrows. Also on probation.)

The rush statistics speak for themselves. Aphi numerically recruits the best, followed by tridelt and then kappa actually (lol).

A phi isn't even talked about during recruitment. All girls talk about are theta. Theta this theta that. They're number 1

Lol if u think a phi recruits better than theta you are insane
No one wanted Tri Delt this year
Kappa already had their PC picked for rush
Theta -> Kappa -> Tri Delt -> a phi / dg -> Pi phi in terms of rush numbers

very overrated sorority but I think op is talking about what girls want during recruitment opposed to what frat guys think
