SAE, PIKE, Sig Chi, ZBT

Top 4 houses listed in order

Middle
PhiPsi, Phi Delt
Clearly above the rest of the middle tier, but not quite on par with the top. PhiPsi and Phi Delt are different, but interchangeable ranks wise

Beta, Delt, SigNu AePi
Middle of the road, all offer something different-all interchangeable ranks wise depends on personal preference

Lambda Chi, Delta Chi
Lambda Chi ahead of Delta Chi, but close. definitely better than bottom and markedly below the others in the middle tier

Bottom
DU, FIJI
"top of the bottom"- both offer a geniune brotherhood, a decent amount of brothers

Theta Chi, SigEp
not enough brothers to form a real fraternity

Delt and even Beta are miles above Sig Nu and AePi lol look at the members and who they mix with. Delt and Beta belong more in the Phi Delt tier or at least in between the two sets of frats in the middle. Everyone hates Beta but they're cooler than Sig Nu lol. Delt is way better too
