Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northwestern University - NU 2.2 Freshmen like them, but compared to the other top houses they aren't that great. OK guys, OK parties. Not very organized as a frat, and not that tight of a brotherhood.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northwestern University - NU 2.6 They really shot up this year, but I wouldn't count on it to keep going up. They have an in-house advisor so it's hard for them to throw parties. This year they tried really hard to throw more, and since the other frats like Beta and SAE had to go on the DL to stay out of trouble, and it got a lot more attention. If they can keep working that hard to throw down, they will be rising, but I highly doubt it. OK looking guys and on the rise, but doubtful they can keep up with SAE/ZBT/Beta/Pike.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northwestern University - NU 4.8 These guys have been on the rise for a while. This year, they have a very good pledge class, and I think this is what they need to really breakthrough as a top house. But the thing is, they don't care about being the top house. But they will guarantee that they are the chillest guys around with the strongest brotherhood. They prefer jeans and sneakers to khakis and sperry's. And they aren't afraid to be their goofy selves. And that's everyone loves them.

If there are people in Phi Delt self-promoting here or anywhere else, I don't know who they are. Some people check it out, why not? If you're reading this then obviously you do too. We're excited about our pledge class because we think they're awesome - if you don't feel the same about yours, I'm really sorry to hear that. On the off chance that someone in Phi Delt actually did boost our ranking, here's all one stars to balance it out.
