Chi Psi - ΧΨ Fraternity at Northwestern University - NU 3.0 perfectly average. the Chi Psi's have been trying for years to gain popularity, but lets face it, they don't party enough. they have some cool guys, but some awkward ones are holding them back. not having a house for welcome week really hurt them, but they tried to keep things going with their on campus presence, to no avail. at least they have john.
