That everyone is really hard on this house and I'm not sure why. Every girl I've met here has been awesome and really social. I guess it's just existing stereotypes?

These girls are nice - that's pretty undeniable, but I agree with other people that they tend to be a little annoying/overzealous? Not my first choice to party with.

parties are really fun and there are a lot of cuties (they aren't the hottest fraternity though). They are the most fun for sure especially after lodge being gone. Can be douchey but definitely not creepy.
