A bunch of try-hard, closet geeds. Guys are less than average at best. Definitely not on the rise AND they're on social probation for this fall and probably the rest of the year

Good group of guys. House is messy, but it is a frat after all ...a lot of fun, know how to party.

decent guys here. As many of the other comments say, their great downfall is their attitude of being too self absorbed and too geared toward social climbing.

a top tier anymore. seems like they just stopped rushing the same quality of girls that they used to...but in last three years alone has taken a nose dive

and genuine girls all around. this sorority will be considered top tier in the next few years if not this year. besides having cute girls, also has girls that aren't self absorbed social climbers like those in the sororities that currently consider themselves top tier.

Theta is one of the "top" sororities here. Ranked between 1 and 3 depending who you ask. But honestly, don't get confused and think that means everyone likes them. Far from it. Their inability to hold their alc helped lodge get kicked off campus, the girls that "don't fit in" as well to their pledge class are sometimes ostracized, and while of course many fraternities like them they're not the universal favorite either. Basically, there are some absolutely great girls in theta but there are in every house. Obsessing about theta or saying that everyone thinks they're the best just heightens their ego and makes tensions in the greek scene that don't have to be there.
