I do not get why some consider this a top tier frat. The parties are somewhat overrated, but the guys are average to good looking. A lot are fruity, which is perfectly fine, but a lot of them can also be very snobbish. It really is hit or miss with these guys.

Good group of guys, but huge pledge classes. Brotherhood isn't that great overall because the guys don't always connect with each other. I found that half of them were cool, and the other half were a mix of weird and/or douchey. They do throw great parties and have a great reputation on campus, though. Generally nice guys, and down to earth. Not that attractive for having such a good reputation and social scene, but still decent.

Extremely popular because of the name, good looking guys, involvement, and the fact that they will never get kicked off because they are HQ'd here. Generally douchey guys who only really talk to each other; less classy than they seem. Parties are good because of the girls that come, but in reality it isn't as fun as some other houses like ZBT/Beta/Pike, maybe even PhiDelt. The fact that they are so involved with each other shows that they do have a good brotherhood though, so I'll give them that

They really shot up this year, but I wouldn't count on it to keep going up. They have an in-house advisor so it's hard for them to throw parties. This year they tried really hard to throw more, and since the other frats like Beta and SAE had to go on the DL to stay out of trouble, and it got a lot more attention. If they can keep working that hard to throw down, they will be rising, but I highly doubt it. OK looking guys and on the rise, but doubtful they can keep up with SAE/ZBT/Beta/Pike.

They are nice guys, but they are just down in the dumps. They only had THREE pledges this year, so it isn't looking very good at all for them. Plus, they pretty much do nothing socially or for the community (or so it seems, because so few people know about them...). I feel bad for them, but if they want to be a decent fraternity they have to pick up their game...

Beta is definitely a top tier fraternity on the social level. They throw great parties, lots of fun. They might seem unpopular because they tend to be very stereotypically fratty and flirt aggressively, but people always come back for the parties and the generally good looking and fun guys. They might also seem douchey because their brotherhood is very strong and they are always together. They encourage you to drink, but so do most frats, so it's really up to you to be careful wherever you go.

Not even considered top tier anymore. Phi Delt probably going to replace them, which is pathetic. People finally are seeing them for who they really are. Every other frat hates them, and no not because of jealously. Sinking with DDD.

Top tier. But wow! You think their pledge class could be a little better....One of the worst out of all the sororities

Anyone that goes to Northwestern would know that if Theta is ranked way below many of the other not as great sororities on campus then there is a serious flaw in this website. Thetas are definitely considered high up in the greek scene and just because a few individuals don't like them, that doesn't mean that they still aren't known around campus as one of the top sororities. Whether you like it or not, Theta is definitely considered better than the majority of the sororities at Northwestern.

A Phi has a really diverse group of girls that have really awesome personalities and know how to have a great time. It is true that they don't care about rising in social rank, but only superficial people care about that, therefore a phi isn't superficial. There are a lot of cute girls and I haven't spoken to anyone, and I mean anyone, that says that a phi's aren't an overall great group of girls. I always like mixing with them and I don't know of many guys that don't. Awesome sorority.
