This house was on the rise until this year but they are developing more and more of a reputation for being douchey and will be losing their house next year, which might explain their pledge being in the teens. Some of the guys are cool and have good sorority connections and it seems like the rest of the frat mooches off these guys. They are a popular frat but they don't know how to throw a rager and lack brotherhood. They are a lower top tier but they will probably be middle tier by next year

These guys are totally on the rise this year at NU, mostly because of their incredible pledge class. The guys are hot, they are fun, and honestly, they know how to have a good time. House is a little messy and old, but I can definitely say that Phi Delt is now up in the top tier with SAE, Pike, and ZBT.
