Remember when Pike used to be good? Their old reputation is pretty much gone now. Sure, there are a handful of girls who like their parties and some of the guys are attractive. But they really can't be considered top tear anymore. What kind of top tear fraternity has a 15 person pledge class after rushing hard and being free from probation all fall? NO TOP TEAR FRATERNITY!
