Alpha Xi Delta - ΑΞΔ Sorority Ratings at CBU

In the 4 years I’ve been at CBU I’ve seen 2 of my friends go thru rush. Both in the honors program and both tutor . They don’t have bad reps but axid wouldn’t let them join for some reason. They have an ideal look. It is the stereotypical sorority girls. They’ve very judgy and they spread the rumor that a ZTA girl was a stripper so they could get more people to rush them instead of ZTA. They do not empower women. They tore that girl down to better themselves; even if she were a stripper, why does her money bother them? Her body. Her choice right? These girls are known for body shaming their own members. They are elitist snobs that are surrounded by drama. If you were not considered popular in highschool this sorority isn’t for you. They only care about looks so if you get a bid and you don’t look like the majority just know you’re their pity vote.

My girlfriend is in this sorority and she loves it. I’m writing this review so that people may look at this and see a real and honest review. She was worried about fitting in somewhere on campus and it seems she has found her people. It seems like she has a lot of sisters who really care about her.

if you take a look at this sisterhood, not only will you see that these girls are diverse and unique, but they care about each other so much. If it wasn't for this sisterhood, I don't know where I would be. I've seen women truly break out of their shell in this organization and become amazing women. These women are original and don't try to copy what other people are doing on campus. They stand up for each other and protect each other from other peoples bitterness. The negative comments left on this page are left by people who clearly don't respect their sisters and let their personal vendettas get the best of them.

These are some of the most genuine girls I’ve met on campus by far and they have made my college experience amazing. As a minority I never thought I’d find a home in a sorority but 4 years later and I’ll be graduating along side my sisters. These girls have helped mold me into a strong woman as well as a strong leader. The friendships I’ve made in axid are life long! Some of my favorite life memories are along side these women. They have been there for me at my best and my worst to celebrate with me or pick me up when life throws me down. Joining this sorority has been one of the best decisions in my life. The only bad thing about graduation is that I won’t see these girl every week!

Worst girls on campus. They are mean, petty, and so not inclusive. They are rude and unkind to anyone, talk about each other behind their backs. They put on such a good show for recruitment and then they drop or join Panhellenic to get out of their chapter. They want clout on campus and abuse their power to do so. Bad girls. Don’t join you’ll regret it, I did

Alpha Xi Delta receives a lot of hate cause they are seen as the “It girls” on campus. -Almost all- girls that rush at CBU want AXiD but if they don’t get a bid they will go ZTA and start to hate AXID’s. That’s the simple truth. Most of the frat’s sweethearts/violets are AXID’s which is another factor of why people get jealous. Overall Alpha Xi is full of partiers, nerds, regular girls, etc. it’s a great mix of it all. And despite these other comments, it is a diverse chapter.

Honestly, this sorority only accepted me to make them look more diverse. Then they make me be a fake person because of the way they act. They belittle people who they think is “under” them. I believe though the bad group of girls have dropped. I believe our relationship with ZTA will be better due to this. Drama within this sorority is outrageous. I thought I was joining a sorority that were actually nice while being pretty, but turns out they’re just “pretty.” And this is coming from a person who is in AXiD

While the Axid chapter at CBU cant help what their philanthropy is (only true Greek life people know they can’t just change their philanthropy since it’s nation wide), they are great girls. They have had the highest GPA on campus for over 7 years and have girls who are really involved on campus. If you want to join an organization that has a variety of girls (scholars, partiers, involved on campus), then this is your organization. Some girls just use it for instagram likes, but you can join this sorority and be like the other genuine girls who care about everyone in the organization. Sure, they have girls that just want to party and cant keep up grades, but thats in EVERY sorority. There are bad bunches in all, but thats in EVERY sorority.

Alpha Xi Delta is a sorority that values academics, involvement, and connection. At CBU it's all about finding your best fit. These girls have the top GPA of all organizations on campus and all around involvement. Above all, with Autism Speaks, AXID emphasizes kindness and inclusivity, there is never a missing piece. If your looking to hang out with fun, classy, intelligent girls this is the place to be. Obtaining a membership to this organization is an honor and hard to do. They are the best of the best

half the girls drop because their grades are bad, they aren't on EC, or are literally bullied out by popular ones. autism speaks is a horrible organization, and I suggest that they adopt a new one that actually treats people with autism like they don't have a "missing puzzle piece". try to lure POC so they will look diverse then force them to assimilate into their yee-yee white girl sorority fantasy.
