They hard core dirty rush. Known to do a clean out each year so PNMS watch out, you might not be an A phi for long.

So true! I've been dirty rushed horribly by them. It even made me drop out of recruitment last fall because I felt too pressured.

This is not true. Alpha Phi does not terminate members for recruitment purposes. Alpha Phi does not "dirty rush" period. You obviously listen to idle campus gossip and are not aware of how recruitment actually works. So to educate you on this matter, the number of new members depends on how many women go through Recruitment. It doesn't matter how many women are already members and on the roster. So if we started with 40 members and quota from Recruitment was 20, then 60 total members. If Gamma Phi started with 42 members, they get the same amount of 20, so then 62 members for them. Also, it is vital that all members attend and help with Recruitment. Termination of members is a serious matter for all sororities and it benefits no one to make that a strategy.

I've seen these girls all across campus the past 3 years I have been here! They are incredibly nice and social and always have a smile on their faces. I've never seen them belittle anyone and they are always up to have a good time. WE ARE IN COLLEGE. I love these girls and love being around them.

Some women in this organization are stellar, involved, and very smart. Others...not so much. However, they did just pull a really great pledge class during Fall 2014 recruitment, so we'll see how they do.

They are involved all over campus and very social(they do go out a lot). They are friendly! They have always been kind towards me and others I know. They can be intimidating when their together in a group but their all really nice.
