Positive experience based on politeness, sharing, and friendly hospitality. Am trying to save Greek life across the nation. Farmingdale is one SUNY campus in particular where this is definitely not the case...yet, anyway. Part of the reason for this is the relatively very recent advent of fraternities to Farmingdale; another is Jose “8” and his whole crew—classy, friendly, fun, tough, and dedicated. And no, I am neither a Brother of this particular Fraternity (but rather another not yet at Farmingdale) nor a close friend, just have respect for a very good fraternity and wanted to share it with you here.

Met some of their Brothers at a gas station by chance: phenomenal guys, very polite even classy. Were very proud of their letters and tradition: historically Italian-American fraternity but diverse crew. One of the best fraternities I have ever come across—and no, I am not member of this fraternity, but of another that does not (at the time of this writing) yet exist at Farmingdale State College. Would have classified them as ‘Nice’ or ‘Cool’ but ‘Smart’ was the best choice from among the options provided.

This chapter is outstanding. The girls are so kind and very social. It’s easy to see that Sigma Delta Tau is the best sorority on campus.
