I heard about the list and it's super obvious who thetas want before recruitment. I've seen thetas forget who's in their "sisterhood" because they only hang out in groups and never really get to know each other. They don't seem to hang out together as a sorority; only in their already established friend groups.

Seriously, pi phis are just not nice girls, and unless you're part of the main clique, it's not fun to be a pi phi. Not an inclusive group, even within the sorority
