maybe do something similar to this so everyone has a fair chance plus everyone gets to know every sorority and find a good fit. When I rushed I watched this video and I thought it was this procedure but turns out everyone in uOttawa is doing their own thing.........

^ That's how a Panhellenic council runs recruitment. Carleton has a Panhel - Phi Sig, AOII and KDB are on it. uOttawa doesn't have one yet, though I believe they need to form one.
