Alpha Phi gives bids every semester to girls who aren't your typical sorority girls just to make the point that they aren't shallow... Problem is these girls get ostracized afterwards for being different. Trust me if you weren't the it girl in high school you aren't going to fit in in Alpha Phi...

They are literally tridelt but bigger (in both ways.) They like to act prestigious but I can't imagine it's very hard to get a bid
