uottawa therapy

I'm asking this here because this is only place I know of that I'll remain anonymous.
Does anyone know if to use the uOttawa councilling services if you need a health card? Mines expired and I need to talk to someone ASAP.
Also, where can I find it and what are the hours. Sorry for all the questions, I'm a first year.

I've seen posters of free counselling in rez all over campus. You can just try googling "uOttawa counselling" and either email or call them for a session. Good luck, hope everythings okay
