First I want to say I've met some really awesome tridelts. You girls have the potential to be top tier but to get there you really need to make social a priority. You seem to struggle a lot with attendance and that's probably the main issue. It's really difficult to get guys out to mix with you too on our end. That's literally the only thing I see keeping you from being top tier, maybe brainstorm with sisters from other chapters to figure out how you can improve that and you'll be gold.
