don't rush phi psi

I regret signing with this fraternity. The alumni lie constantly (that new house won't be completed now till Spring 2017), the brothers are awkward a and are only roughly 90 left in the fraternity and poor brotherhood. If I could have a redo, I would take it. Don't rush here. Learn from my mistake. Don't regret your 4 yrs at UT.

Phi Psi has never been great. Always Lowe middle tier.Some years a little better.
