top tier pledgeship

I'm looking at pledging as a freshman and I know about the requirements for top tier money fraternities (particularly Fiji) and stand within the quota to make the cut. What is the pledgeship and time commitment like for Fiji? Is the pledgeship as brutal as ATO or SigEp?

Sig Ep banned traditional pledging, creating a single tier of membership instead of the customary two: member and pledge. Generally the concept of two-tiered membership is only going to lead to one place. And that’s hazing.
