SigEp can cut anyone during Membership Review. Even initiated members get booted. It's probably why somebody posted their ritual book online.

Sig Ep nationals now requires membership review. Members can and do rat each other out and they do remove initiated members from the fraternity if their grades are not up to par or they do something stupid.

Balance Man = No pledgeship plus dry house. Just sign a bid and your a brother....WOW!!! Better off starting an off campus drinking/ party club then reforming a useless Sig Ep chapter that would basically be nothing more than a bottom tier fraternity.
