new mid tier?

Mid tier will remain the pretty much the same for the next several years. getting a new house, no matter how nice won't propel a frat that much higher up. phi psi will still be known (right or wrong) as a frat for weird rich people. its going to take several pledge classes in the new house before things change. It really won't be any different until most of the people currently posting on this website are gone.

Definitely agree, except if phi psi gets a solid 45+ PC of actual cool guys (no idea whether it'll happen or not) id put them at the bottom of top mid tier

I mean phi delt probably belongs there or tied with phi psi currently. The "upper mid" label is more suspect

A buddy of mine is in ATO and he even says how bad they've gotten. I don't think Pi Kapp is gonna pass them but I think PhiPsi and Sammy will pass them.
