transfer rushing

is it common for sophomore transfers to rush? i didn't rush as the school I'm currently at because i knew i was most likely transferring anyway. I'm looking at ut and am interesting in rushing but i don't know how common it is there. i just do not want to feel awkward and be one of the only sophomores transferring.

rush....there is always a certain # of sophs going thru....it's expected and why a soph quota even exists.
