Middle tier: KA Sigma Chi Delt ATO Sammy
Lower tier: everyone else

How "Balanced" is this SigEp chapter?

Not at all. Those guys are known to be d0uchey. No class. Almost all my friends and I have had bad experiences there. Extremely spoiled and not used to being told no if you know what I mean. They're popular freshman year and then people begin to branch out to nicer, less d0uchey guys.
