mid tiers AXO, APhi, DG do not do spring rush;
The only house that might do an official spring rush would be SDT, although I think that ADPi, KD and AZD would do COB in the spring since they may have some open spots left over from Fall or newly vacated spots; If you are interested in COB for ADPi, KD or AZD, then you need to meet some of the actives and network it from there.

No one is going after anyone. KD and DG I know have good relationship. Spring rush has nothing to do with how "good" your house is, it is dependent on how many spots you have due to people graduating early etc. Each house's nationals has a different quota to meet

Total will be reset once again at the beginning of the spring semester based on the median of chapter size, therefore 7 of the 14 sororities will be eligible to COB, whether they do a formal spring rush or just grab a couple of girls they already know, it will depend on how many below the new total set they are.
