Delts are great....solid...may not be as snobby as the top tier but they are right there with Sigma Chi at Texas.

Delt isn't top tier here wtf. Kappa Sig...maybe.
Also, pretty sure SigEp is top tier at Tech. SAE and SigEp are both considered top tier above Delt at A&M. And Baylor's top house is some local fraternity.
The only ones that are even close to right are SMU and TCU. Whoever wrote this list obviously hasn't actually been to most of these schools
