If that's really true I'm sorry to hear, that must be tough. It might be difficult but not impossible. There are a few resources and tutorials on how to dress with an ileostomy or cover it up...IF that's what you want to do. Summer dresses are the standard for formal recruitment so you would just need to find flattering dresses. That's only the aesthetic.
Unfortunately I don't have any knowledge of what it's like to live with one, so I can't attest to any lifestyle issues.
