Can y'all give me a description of each house and some positives/drawbacks? They are all so different. Have the chapters always been in them? I'm interested in hearing live-in actives' feedback on their own (actual) houses, too.

Just as far as how they look on the outside, I love ADPi, DDD, Kappa, Pi Phi, and Zeta.

AEPhi's is "most improved." Before their renovation it looked like it belonged on "The Brady Bunch."

I know for a fact, that last year Theta's interior was completely redone. Old carpet was taken out, for example, and hardwood floors in the bedroom halls, among other things.

I really like the axo and xo houses because of the stone that they are made of. it gives their houses a real austin feel/look.

APHI has a cool New Orleans style house that is especially great when they decorate it at Christmas.

something's up w piphi house. mabe it's such a big house right on the street. (unlike alpha phi, alpha chi and chi omega, which all look like city houses and look nice right on the street with no yard). piphi's brick columns don't help either. something about their big mansion w columns just looks a little junky compared to zeta or kappa...maybe it's the white brick idk could be nice but not quite.

kappa delta house is dark. looks like no one's home (maybe no one's home). needs windows downstairs.

KD just got the house painted, looks very fresh and bright now. No windows downstairs bc of safety. Three years ago someone broke in and attacked

I suppose they could discuss tiers. Everyone agrees on those and there is no opinion involved. The site is Greek Rank. What do you expect? A lively discussion of whether Socrates existed or was just a sounding board for Aristotle? Please.

the houses don't follow the tiers: nicest houses are zeta, aphi, tridelta. Kappa's is a dump, despite it's grand facade. DG is shabby inside and out; KD is dead looking; AZD is shabby looking, worse than DG; Alpha chi and Chi O are nice on the outside but pretty old in side.

Have you been inside the Zeta house? No individual bedrooms. It's like in the army, because the beds are in a row like you're camping. I don't know why anyone would want to live there.

Every room has a bed, rest of beds are on sleeping porches. Actually a more comfortable setup than you would think. Rooms are more open.
