rushing after being cut

Can you rush frats like sigep and ksig after being cut? I never really showed up to their events but a lot of their guys knew me so I'm worried I may already have a bad rep

When do you think you are rushing those two? Start a little lower with Sigma Chi (who might not rush you either) and then go down to the lower middle tier Delt.
