rushing a sorority as a junior transfer

I'm from California and looking into colleges to transfer to fall 2016. How do the sororities at UT view juniors? Would I most likely get dropped from like every sorority? Thanks for any answers :)

If you know girls in a house, it can happen, but junior spots for girls who don't know anyone are very limited because there is no quota. If they like you they might take you, but you'll only be there for two years which is a hard sell. It happens but there's maybe a handful each year.

Like, Oh my gawd, from californication? Really? Why would you even transfer as a Jr from CA to TX? You could hardly transfer into any decent major much less rush a sorority.
