spring sorority rush

I know there's already a thread vaguely about this, but it got a little off-topic once that crazypants alpha phi/adpi mom or whatever posted on it. Since initiation is pretty much over, that must mean COB is over as well right? Are there any non-sucky houses that will be doing spring rush then? Or COB next semester? And by non-sucky I mean anyone besides AZD and SDT...

The funny thing is that there are sororities that are going to end up doing COB in the spring because of Panhellenic's quota rule. With a handful of drops and December graduates, you'd be surprised. Just ask around and get to know girls

It's not quota. It's total. It's up to the chapter and sorority nationals to decide if they want to do COB because they fell under total due to graduations/drops etc. No one else can make them do it. With the exception of houses like SDT and AZD who are always below, the other sororities will only have a few openings if they have any at all. Those mostly go to girls they know, so your best chance is to know sorority members well and then ask about it in January.
