kappa sig

I've been reading a lot about kappa sig going down hill here. Are they still considered top tier? I have a buddy who is a kappa sig here and was planning on rushing and joining kappa sig if I got the bid. I am rushing other fraternities as well but am just wondering what is causing yall to think kappa sig is going down hill so much? Just curious.

Kappa Sig is lower end of the top tier, but top tier all the way.

Kapps Sig is not falling. They're in the top tier and will likely stay there. What you're hearing are upstart KAs thinking they'll take their spot back because they have their charter again, but that's not happening anytime soon.

Considering they are building a new house that will put them on par with Fiji and SAE from a facilities standpoint, I can't see them falling out of the top tier. Their social calendar is pretty weak for a top tier fraternity, arguably worse than Sigma Chi or Delt, but Kappa Sigs in general come from lots of $$$ which seems to be the measuring stick for fraternities at Texas.

I think that this poster is probably an omicron from a while back, but it is kind of true that Kappa Sig has lost its luster. No one goes to their parties and they take all of the losers from good high schools.
