tx/ou weekend

by:

My daughter is going up to Dallas for the weekend and has a date. I'm OK with the cooler thing as long as the date drinks responsibly. Sharing a room with her date is the issue. How do you good girls handle this situation? My daughter is committed to purity, so what are the options for her and other girls with the same outlook?

Last year I didn't know a single girl who didn't put out for her date. It's what you do, like it or not.

It's fake. No way a grown UT grad would misspell "whether."

You are the kind of mom that makes kids have to lie to their parents.

Texas Greekrank moms never fail to disappoint entertaining everyone with their inability to cut the umbilical cord. Do y'all not have a life? You can't control your adult child forever.

I'm surprised this one hasn't bought a chastity belt for her pure child. Or maybe she can have a drone follow her around to make sure her precious virtue is protected around the clock.

She just really has to stay strong. If she truly does hold those beliefs close to her heart then she will do what is best for her. I hope that there really are girls who still chase purity and won't give in to a purvy guy, becasue she feels like it's a duty.

what are y'all on about? Plenty of girls just pass out feeling too bad to move. With the dude kind of there. It's beyond awkward to consummate your hormonal drives in front of another couple, probably blacked out as well, right next to you. Case 2, your date pulls the famous "vanishing act" and is later found lying in a ditch in south dallas. I got through two OU weekends intact. It's not that difficult if you know yourself well.

Yeah because we all know being a passed out girl around a bunch of drunken guys is a really good idea.

hey - here is a thought - skip the hotel room. There is no requirement to stay in go a hotel room with your date. Stay with a Dallas friend at her house. Most girls don't do the hotel room, no matter what these hose-bags want you to think. Don't let anyone else make that call for you. If you want to great - but spending the night in a guys hotel room pretty much says it all.

Okay, if she's sharing a room with her date then she's probably doing the dirty with him - sorry if your darling daughter has led you to believe otherwise. Also responsible drinking on OU weekend? Please.

I just came back from Dallas and had an awesome time, but guess what, sorority girls who don't plan on putting out for tickets to a party sleep at friends' houses. Like 40% of my sorority is from Dallas anyways, there's always a place to crash. Your daughter just traded her body for access to a party. Look forward to 3 1/2 years of the same.
