rush spring or rush fall as sophomore?
by: 222As a freshman, what would be more beneficial, rushing in the spring as a freshman or waiting and rushing as a sophomore in the fall?

Fall as a sophomore if you don't already know the guys. And technically, if pledge classes were already set in the late summer, getting the connections necessary for a successful sophomore rush should've started as soon as you got to UT. Do your homework on it. Reach out now. People have busy lives.

There are a lot of good chapters that spring recruit, and I'd rather have an extra semester in Greek life than put it off until I was a sophomore. Don't let greekrank convince you the chapters that don't spring recruit (which is all of them except for maybe 4-5) aren't worth joining.
