It probably won't be done till 10 years from now knowing the rate those guys talk. Also house is nothing compared to guys. You can build a nice fancy mansion but no one will have respect till you have good quality guys entering that chapter. And so far, that has yet to be seen.

The house is happening, they just sold their old one to another chapter. They wouldn't have done that if there wasn't a plan to move somewhere new.
But a house does not a top tier chapter make. Having a big fraternity house is pretty much a requirement to be in the middle tier, which phi psi already (if barely) had. Their house quality may be stepping up, but they haven't done much with what was arguably one of the better locations in WC and will need to improve their Rushee quality to climb from here.

Wrong. They don't own that sheethole house and never have. It used to belong to SDT and they sold it to an real estate investor named David Buttross in 2007 because they had so few members they couldn't afford it. He has owned the house ever since and still does. They are renters. This can all be verified on the Travis County Central Appraisal District web site. Like others have said, just another bit of proof the Phi Psis are shady as fnck.

Regardless, Phi Psi is moving out next year and another fraternity bought the house and is moving in. Phi Psi may be shady, but that doesn't mean they're stupid enough to move out of a house without having a backup plan.

Same guy still owns it. No fraternity bought it. Completely verifiable with the tax records like they said. Phi Psi = sketchy again

Then the tax records are outdated. I'm a Pi Kapp and have seen the deed to the house, ownership has definitely changed hands.

Pi Kapp does indeed own the house now. What happened was Phi Psi bought the house from the original owner, and then went ahead and sold it to Pi Kapp

Tax records are up to date as of today and nope, neither fraternity owns or has owned it. Same guy still owns it. Nice try though.

Pi Kapp Facebook page says they will be owners and residents in fall 2016. Tax records are outdated.

They are so irrelevant. Why don't y'all put some hard work into rush and try and aim higher. This is sad to read. For those among you who aren't dweebs, at least try and rush KA and up. The answer is no, phi psi is not going to become more relevant until they take better quality rushees. For now, they creep everyone out. But that's what you get when you aren't willing to put effort in for a bid, and when you don't think highly enough of yourself to take any risks.

You are full-blown retarded. These reviews bashing phi psi are probably lower fraternities. I've looked through the times they were written and it was the exact same time pi kapp and other irrelevant fraternities reviews were amazing. Get a life. Phi Psi is middle tier, below ATO and Pike
