Me and my buddy are both transferring here. I am a Fiji and he is a Kappa sig. Is there any chance at affiliating here or not really?

but if it is real, I would say Fiji at UT would probably let him in. Phi Gam is old row and very, very respected at UA

I used the term Fiji because I know that is what you guys call it in Texas and thought if I said Phi Gam you would correct me. Turns out you guys know how it is at bama. We call it Phi gam because we were there before the "Fiji" nick name came along but I thought since I'm talking about Texas id say Fiji.

Does Texas Fiji take sophomores, or is it better to rush as a freshman? Are you good if you know the guys, or nah? Do they give benefit of the doubt to people who just click, regardless of "knowing" people ahead? I get that alumni contacts need to be made ahead and you should go to the rush events, but how does that work exactly?
