phi psi vs sammy

So I got bids to both and can't decide. Who's better in terms of relations and girls? Gotta sign soon so just looking for input

While phi psi may be improving, it probably won't reach it's peak until after you graduate. Go for sammy, they're generally really fun and friendly, phi psis seem to be a weird/awkward bunch of guys at this stage

So would you say that phi psi's new house won't help them much in relations?

I think that Phi Psi's new house might help some with sorority relations, just because their new house will hopefully attract some good quality guys. They just kind of have a reputation of being a little awkward, but if they get some good, social guys in this PC, that will really help them.

When we mixed with phi pis's newer PC, they were fantastic compared to Sammy. Their new house is across the street from us and says it'll be done next August (which should rise them to upper middle tier). I'd pick phi psi

I would pick phi psi. My sorority never mixes w/ Sammy since they love AEPhi so much. At least phi psi reaches out to other girls
