who wants to clue me in on chio's recruitment tact
by: SoA lot of great girls, but then I hear all sorts of sh/t about their "mean" recruitment - never any specifics. Not to mention GF. Apparently her recruitment advising brought them way up? Besides the obvious glitter thing which they stole from theta, what else do they do?

Chi O is definitely a top tier house and they have some great girls. But, in addition to the glitter thing, they will do things like stare blankly at the PNM they're supposed to be talking to, leave their PNM alone before the next sister gets there to bump, talk about totally off the wall things and try to get the PNM to agree (so they can say she's so awk), whisper so PNMs can't hear them and then laugh...etc etc. but the worst I've heard this year is that during Open Houses, a few different Chi Os told their PNMs "just do yourself a favor and rank us last bc you won't be coming back tomorrow". Some of those PNMs were in tears. Very interestingly, several of them actually were invited back for Philanthropy. Hmm. But this is not a reflection of Chi O as a whole. Every house has some mean girls.
