Imo, Pike for sure. Phi Delt has a dry chapter house. I know guys in both and they are both nice. Both have solid academics according to the IFC grade rankings. One thing to consider is that Phi Delt's pledgeship is done in October, while Pike's goes until mid-December. So if you're super pressured to get a 4.0 you should probably go Phi Delt or go Pike and learn some time management.

Phi Delt has more engineers. Also, they're chapter house is dry by they got a new party house last year with a huge backyard. They also have the highest required GPA to get initiated on campus
