theta piggy back rides?

I've heard something about Theta giving girls piggy back rides? Can someone explain?

Actives give desired PNMs piggyback rides out of the house.

Chi O used to glitter PNMs they want. Theta used to give piggy back rides out the door to PNMs they want. Neither did them last year since Panhellenic came down on them.

At least they stopped when Panhellenic asked them to instead of choosing to pay a fine ...
