Kappa Sig is probably regarded as right behind Sig Ep overall. A lot of great guys and their parties have been getting better the past few years. the big thing is they just tore down their house and are building a huge new one. Having the lodge already, plus a house as nice or nicer than SAE or FIJI could put them in that category in the coming years.
