summary of ka, delt and sigma chi?

My understanding is that these three are all pretty similar as a whole. Could some of you guys or ladies clarify what you think are the main differences between these houses?

Examples would be which has best house, best brotherhood, and pulls the best sororities.

Delt has the best guys, KA has a nice house, sigma chi probably the most active socially.
Not a whole lot of difference between them all.

Is better than Delt or Sigma Chi. There isn't a single rushee who would choose either of those two houses over KA. If somebody tells you otherwise, they are probably a Delt/Sigma Chi.
