After rushing around and looking at the dues for some of these houses, I'm not sure I can pledge half of these. Can somebody just tell me what's the cheapest house that'll still have a good social calendar with some decent sororities? Looking for some straight info

If they have a mansion, you are screwed. If they have a house, you can afford.

what would you say about sigma chi and ato? Not looking to spend more than 5k total per year on fraternity including pledgeship $$$
