Speaking from a girl's perspective, we do like Delt the best of the fraternities at that level. You guys on here that keep going on about their house location are dumb. It doesn't really matter and you sound like insecure jerks.

When compared to Sigma Chi, yes, Delt is better. Especially once you're not a freshie girl and you've learned what creepers they are.
