Is top tier worth the $$$ as compared to mid tier? I come from an upper middle class background in the suburbs and have a few friends in sigep but most guys from my area go sigma chi ka or delt. I got invited to some of the events and I like the guys in sigep more but am not sure about the dues and if I could afford it. Looking for info

The dues for SigEp are similar to those of KA. Sigma Chi and Delt have the same dues but Sigma Chi has a house in west campus in a great location.

How big is the difference between ka/sigep and delt/sigma chi?

I wouldn't really compare KA to any of these houses, they just got back on campus. I definitely wouldn't compare it to sig ep either

It's the difference between being in a fraternity (SigEp) and a sorority (SX)

I think Sigma Chi is $5,000 a for the year. While Sig Ep could be like $8,000+
