Lets try to avoid being so shallow, but I am just going to be honest. If you're a kid (probably with some money) they'd want you can get a bid, regardless of where you are from. I have a friend from Louisiana go Fiji, at Round Up he was rushing Sammy and like Kappa Sig. Meet someone, be yourself, if yourself is cool/funny/some other attribute you'll be fine. Also, though, don't worry so much about being a cool kid haha. Find your friends in the PC.

This post is drowning in truth. They care about your money, not where your from. There's no such thing as it being "hard" to get a bid somewhere. If you fit in then you fit in, you'll be who you are and get a bid at that place. The only hard part about rushing is getting your foot in the door of a fraternity and getting them to know who you are.
