Tied with sigma chi at 5/6. Fun parties, cool guys but not great house location

They're the #1 frat, now that Matthew McCaughnahey is known to be an alumn. They produce movie stars. Fiji and SAE only produce alcoholic "daddy's boys". They've never had to do anything on their own, so they are not competent to make it without Daddy's money. Delts have integrity and all the positives.

At tech, delt's a top house. Here they bid the rejects from feeders like westlake, hp, memorial who're too weird to hold a decent conversation
