Which houses are really focused on rushing legacies? Is it true that some houses will automatically cut a PNM if she is a legacy for another house?

I too was wondering the same thing.. I don't want the fact that I'm a legacy to hurt my chances with other houses that I might like more

some will cut others' legacies right away. you can't control that. just go in with an open mind.

Usually houses cut other houses' legacies are cut for 2 reasons:

1. Sitting sister

2. Mega-legacy. Having a Chi-O mom is one thing. Having a Chi-O mom, two Chi-O sisters, Chi-O aunts & cousins, and a grandmother who was a Chi-O national officer is completely another thing. Hope Chi-O likes said legacy because every other house will cut her.

Even if the chapter doesn't cut the legacy, would her mom be OK with sending dues to another sorority? I sure wouldn't, lucky I have a son with my GDI husband!

Most moms want their daughters happy. Just because a sorority was right for mom doesn't mean it's right for the daughter.
