next house to be top

Who do you guys think will be the next house to be considered "Top" after FIJI/SAE/SigEp/KSig?
And how long will it take?
I think KA can come back very fast depending on how they rush next fall. They won't knock ksig off but they'll be back in the top. If they have a very strong pledge class with lots of good guys that's even better than last year I think they'll be top within the year or the next.

Sigma chi will probably need to start by getting a new house if they want to be a top house. Then they can attract better guys.
