Ka and delt are a huge difference. Delt has to worry about getting a house on west campus and until that happens Sigma Chi and ka will be better than delt

shouldn't Phi Psi be on there? They are a somewhat relavant fraternity with meaningful relations with sorority, and they aren't even the last of those that aren't listed. Stupid thing to say.

ATO are some damn cool guys who are a ton of fun to party with. I used to have mixed opinions of them, but now I think they're some of the most down to Earth and fun guys in the middle tier.

Sigma Chi gets a ton because of their location and events, but it's mostly first semester freshman girls who thin out by Spring when they realize they're douchebags with a couple real creeps thrown in the mix. Delt's attendance numbers are a little lower, but a lot of those girls might still go to their builds as upperclassmen. They also seem to have a lot of Zetas and really hot APhis who they hang out with. Delt almost universally has more respect from guys and a better reputation with girls than Sigma Chi.
As for KA, they have no business being above Delt or Sigma Chi, much less ZBT. Their attendence/events aren't that great for a fraternity with their location, manor-compound, and alumni backing. KA's sophomores and junior classes are Omicron guys who are mostly scrubs. Their seniors who were a top tier class pledging KA have thinned out by now. Last year Omicron was generously ranked with ATO and Pike. Their new class wasn't that different from what you'd expect from Sigma Chi, with maybe 40-50% second tier tryhards from HP, Memorial, AH, Jesuit, Kinkaid, Austin High, West Lake etc. that couldn't get bids from SAE,, Fiji, Sig Ep or Kappa Sig and then topped off with whoever else could afford dues.

Yeah I agree with that, only I think KA barely gets any good guys from normal high schools. It should be this:

Theta Chi above Acacia and Delta Sig when they don't even have a chapter house and have basically relied on joint events at both of those house respectively is questionable, not that any of the 3 are terribly good. Truth be told Theta Chis guys seem less scrubby in general than Acacias and DSigs, and they're a lot better than housed chapters like Zeta Psi, Sigma Pi, TKE, and and Delta Chi.
