Pi kapp does seem to be more active but they were a very small and somewhat odd group when we mixed. I would put lambda chi above them

Doesn't do anything even though they have as many guys as ATO, Pike and Phi Psi. They're a bunch of kids who got scared that houses like Phi Delt and Pi Kapp would haze them too hard.
